Mission context :
PlayPlay called on Sonnar just after their Series B to accelerate their scale. We had two main objectives:
- Help the company recruit key profiles: VP Sales, Chief of Staff, Strategy Manager, Head of Talent & People, Senior TAM, AE mid-market manager, Senior AE, Salesforce Lead & Sales Administrator
- Share our best practices with the rest of the TAM team.
